While You Were Fighting Each Other… And while Christians were fighting each other in the Church over vaccinations and masks, the enemy was busy plotting. For what, you may ask? For the souls of our children. One way the enemy does this is with tv shows and the education system.
I know this may not matter to many people who don’t have children. But remember, we are all in this together if we survive. NOW HEAR THIS! Children are the future of any society. This is a black eye for everyone. And this strategy is showing up all over the world and in many walks of life. We are slowly losing control of too many things. Before we know it, governments will completely control our children, like in Germany during World War I.

Little Demon Description
One shining example of change is the tv show Little Demon. Just reading the description stretches the mind. We see how wide open the enemy is in its advances as it preys on the children of this world. It’s intentional and not hidden, fighting for their future. And this is being done in plain sight for all to see. So are we okay with what the enemy is planning to do? I know that I am not.

What to do when battling
What are we to do about it? Sit on our hands in the dark as we fearfully let the enemy take over incrementally. As the Church, we must stick together and fight as Jesus did in the Temple with the Money Changers. Christians are called to follow in Jesus’ footsteps and live holy and righteous lives. Why? Scripture calls us to do what is right in the eyes of God.
"If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.” Genesis 4:7
Options and Opportunities when Fighting
The first thing we should do is pray. We ask God to open our eyes to the darkness in front of us. Then seek Him for ways to be involved in change when fighting the enemy.
Another thing we can do is to look for godly organizations already at work fighting to root out the harmful things the enemy is trying to do regarding our children. For example, one Million Moms is an organization working hard to sound the alarm about harmful shows such as “Little Demon” and many others. They are also on top of the outrageous marketing that is going on for products that we use in our daily lives.
One feature on their website that you might find helpful is “Report Trash.” This feature allows you to report anything you deem inappropriate for children you see on t.v. in commercials and ad campaigns.
Be a Cheerleader in the Struggle
Another way to be a champion of change is to cheer on actors that are looking out for our children. Candace Cameron Bure And Kirk Cameron immediately come to mind. These two siblings showed up on hit t.v. Shows in their youth. Cameron played D.J. Tanner on Full House and its sequel series Fuller House while her older brother Kirk played Mike Seaver on Growing Pains. In recent years God has used them as voices for change in the t.v. and movie industries.
The bottom line is that we are called to act out of obedience to God. If not us, who else. This allows us to link arms with other believers to do kingdom work.
Contend with Healthy Viewing Alternatives
We can also give our children healthy alternatives that we know are good for their growth. For example, we buy them a children’s Bible to have of their own or take them to buy books from our local Christian bookstore. As a result, we offer them something better than what they could be watching. Again, I recommend you do this sooner than later.
Prayer
Lastly, our willingness to pray opens us up to opportunities for God to use us.
Jesus, we see so much darkness as we watch t.v. and movies, and other forms of marketing and media. Give us Your eyes and the ability to do something about what we see. Please give us the tools to change what we know is not correct. Break our hearts for what breaks yours, so we act by Your will. Please provide us strength and protection when we fight for Your kingdom. In your name, Jesus!
